Because our products are fresh, perishable flowers, we handle returns and refunds with special care.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Fresh flowers and bouquets cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
The flowers arrived wilted or damaged
The wrong product was delivered
Delivery failed due to our mistake
Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Attach your order number
Provide clear photos of the issue
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.
After flowers have been prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Recipient unavailable at the delivery location
Change of mind after preparation
Allergic reactions to flowers
