Return Policy

Because our products are fresh, perishable flowers, we handle returns and refunds with special care.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Fresh flowers and bouquets cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The flowers arrived wilted or damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • Delivery failed due to our mistake

Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email: bellefleur@usa.com

  2. Attach your order number

  3. Provide clear photos of the issue

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.

  • After flowers have been prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery location

  • Change of mind after preparation

  • Allergic reactions to flowers
